Beginning Piecing 102
Beginning Piecing 102 is a continuation of basic block construction, learning new skills to complete a quilt in 5 weeks. Half square triangles and flying geese are just 2 of the blocks used. This fun class is second in learning to make a quilt.
This is a 5 week class. You will have 1 session midway through the class to "catch up" at home
You may bring your own sewing machine, or you may also use one of our classroom BERNINAs.
**Beginning Piecing 101 is not required in order to take this class. If you have some basic quilting skills and need improve your current skills, this class is for you!
Supply List:
- 6 oz size Mary Ellen's Best Press Spray
- Fabric for quilt top (The Sampler staff will assist you with requirements and selecting)
- 45 mm Rotary cutter with a sharp blade
- Rotary Cutting Mat
- 6” x 24” ruler
- 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" ruler
- Frixion Pen (any color)
- Pins
- Seam ripper
- Scissors
- Thread
** Bring your own machine or use one of our classroom Bernina's
